Our Loyalty Card
- Our Loyalty Card stamps are only provided to customers booking 60 or 90 minute treatments
- The Loyalty Card discount can only be redeemed towards the cost of 60 or 90 minute treatments.
- The Loyalty Card discount can not be redeemed with any other offers – i.e. double room discount.
Our Gift Certificates
Gift Certificates / Vouchers expire 1 year from the date of purchase (the date written on the front of the card).
The voucher number must be given when making the appointment or it will not be accepted when you arrive.
24 hours notice must be given if you are unable to attend or the value will be deducted from the voucher balance.
